Career Summary

Graham Mourie was one of New Zealand’s most constructive flankers as well as a notably successful captain. After leading the All Blacks on an uncapped tour of Argentina in 1976, he won test honours against the British Isles the following year and went on to captain his country in 19 of his 21 tests. He was also at the helm for six overseas tours that included a full house of victories over England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in 1978.
